We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to administer your referral, respond to your enquiry, meet our legal or regulatory obligations, investigate a complaint, or manage the operation and compliance of our referral service.
We may also receive information from participating brokers, lenders, insurers or other providers about the progress or outcome of an enquiry, application or referral, including through secure electronic systems or APIs. We may use this information for purposes connected with administering the referral, customer service, quality assurance, record keeping, remuneration or referral reconciliation, complaint handling, and compliance or regulatory reporting.
If you do not provide the personal information we request, we may not be able to assist you with your referral or process your enquiry.
